My cousins are visiting from Karachi for two days and I want to plan one meal properly. They eat everything, no restrictions.
Nihari feels obvious but Karachi has good nihari too. Thinking maybe Lahori BBQ or a proper butter karahi instead?
What would you take an out-of-towner for if you only had one shot?
